These terms govern your use of fundedai.ca and any products or services purchased from FundedAI ("we", "us", "our"), a business operating in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
FundedAI offers the following products and resources:
The playbook and strategy sessions may be used by the purchasing individual on behalf of a business they represent, including as a consultant or advisor representing a client company. In all cases, the purchasing individual is responsible for compliance with these terms.
FundedAI is not a registered grant consultant, SR&ED consultant, tax advisor, or legal advisor. The playbook and strategy sessions provide general educational information about Canadian government funding programs. Nothing we provide constitutes tax advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of funding eligibility or approval. Always confirm eligibility and application requirements directly with program administrators (CRA, NRC, ISED, FedDev Ontario, Scale AI) before applying. For SR&ED claims, consult a qualified SR&ED consultant or tax professional.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the playbook for your own business purposes. You may not:
The playbook is updated as programs change. There is no guaranteed update schedule — updates are made when material program changes occur.
If you work through the playbook and do not identify at least one concrete government funding opportunity applicable to your business — a program you qualify for, a stack combination you weren't using, or a documentation gap that would have affected an existing claim — email us at hello@fundedai.ca within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
Refund requests must include a brief description of what you reviewed and why it did not surface an applicable opportunity. We reserve the right to assess requests that appear to be made in bad faith (e.g. requesting a refund after using the templates or calculator outputs to file a claim).
Strategy sessions are confirmed only after payment is received. Payment is due before the session is scheduled. Sessions are 30 minutes conducted via video call. A written funding roadmap is delivered by email within 24 hours of the session.
If a strategy session does not help you identify at least one concrete government funding opportunity applicable to your business, we will refund the session fee in full. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session by emailing hello@fundedai.ca with a brief explanation. We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before a scheduled session, we will reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Canadian government funding programs change frequently. We verify playbook content against official sources and update it when material changes occur. However, we make no warranty that the information is complete, current, or accurate at any specific point in time. Program eligibility, amounts, and intake status should always be confirmed directly with the relevant program administrator before you rely on them for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FundedAI's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, failed funding applications, or business decisions made based on information provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
